Q. How to re-appear in a paper or semester examination? What is the fee for the re-appear and from where can I get the repeaters form?

Ans. You need to download the repeater form available under the download section of PAN India Education's website (www.panindiaeducation.com). All the details relating to re-appearing fees etc are available in the repeaters form.

 

 

Q. My previous session or earlier result is not yet declared or mark sheet of previous semester is yet to be received. What is the process to get the result or receive the mark sheet?

Ans. Kindly send an email to info@panindiaeducation.com with the following details:

Q. From where can I get the previous semester Question Papers?

Ans. Previous year question papers can be downloaded from download section of PAN India Education's website (www.panindiaeducation.com)

 

 

Q. How to get the Migration Certificate?

Ans.

  • Enclose the copies of the marks cards of all the examinations passed.
  • Fee for issue of a Migration Certificate is Rs.450/-. Search Charge of Rs.50/- is to be paid for the delay of each year.
  • Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with bank challan and copies of the marks cards of all the examinations passed.
  • The student can also submit the fees through a demand draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore.

 

 

Q. How to apply for Name Correction?

Ans. Enclose the incorrect original copy of the marks card along with 10th passed certificate photocopy.
Fee for name correction is Rs.1000/- per marks card.
The student can submit the fees through a demand draft/KSOU Challan drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore.

 

 

Q. I have appeared in the qualifying examination prescribed by you but my final result is awaited. Can I take admission in a programme?

Ans. Yes. You can get enrolled for a programme subject to the conditions that the result be submitted to the University before the first exam. The admission in such case shall be provisional & shall automatically stand cancelled if you fail to clear the aforesaid qualifying examination with the prescribed percentage. You have to produce a certificate to the same effect from the head of the institution last attended.

 

 

Q. How to get the Duplicate Marks Card?

Ans. Collect the prescribed Affidavit matter from the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU or from the nearest Study Centre and submit it on a Stamp Paper of Rs.20/- duly sworn before Notary or Magistrate.


Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with Affidavit and demand draft. The student needs to submit the fees through a demand draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore.

 

 

Q. How to get the Consolidated Marks Card?

Ans.

  • Enclose all the original Marks Cards.
  • Fee for issue of a Consolidated Marks Card is Rs.450/-. A Search Charge of Rs.50/- is to be paid for the delay of each year
  • Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with bank draft and original Marks Cards. The student needs to submit the fees through a demand draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore.

 

 

Q. How to get the Provisional Pass Certificate / Provisional Certificate?

Ans.

  • Enclose the copies of the marks cards of all the examinations passed.
  • Fee for issue of a Provisional Pass Certificate is Rs.450/-. Search Charge of Rs.50/- is to be paid for the delay of each year.
  • Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with bank challan and copies of the marks cards of all the examinations passed.
  • The student can also submit the fees through a demand draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore.
    Note: Provisional pass certificate is issued until the degree certificate is issued.

 

 

Q. How to clear the NCL in Marks Cards (NCL: Not Complete the Lower Examination)?

Ans.

  • Request may be submitted in a plain paper address to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU for the issue of revised marks card without NCL marking.
  • Enclose all original marks cards of qualifying examinations passed and the marks card where in the NCL is marked.
  • Fee Nil
  • Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with original marks cards and the marks cards where in NCL is marked.

 

Q. From where can I get the Prospectus for admission?

Ans. The Prospectus / Information Brochure can be purchased by paying Rs. 200/- at PAN India Education office, AH 211, SECTOR 2, NEAR TANK NO.7, SALT LAKE, KOLKATA - 700091, West Bengal or at the Study Centres

 

Prospectus / Information Brochure can also be obtained by post. Kindly send a demand draft of Rs. 250/- drawn in favour of PAN India Education payable at Kolkata at above said postal address. Kindly mention your complete postal address and contact number at the backside of the demand draft.

 

 

Q. What documents needs to be attached along with the admission form?

Ans. You need to enclose the following documents along with the new admission form:

 

  • 10th pass marksheet from recognised board
  • 10+2 pass marksheet from recognised board
  • Date of Birth proof
  • For MSc, MA, MSW, MCOM, MLISc, MBA, MCA kindly enclose bachelor's degree pass mark sheet / Degree.
  • In MBA for general category candidates, minimum 50% of marks in aggregate is required in bachelor's degree. For SC / ST categrory candidates, 45% of marks in aggregate is required in qualifying examination. The candidates who have passed bachelor's or master degree with less than 50% of marks in aggregate and have three years of experience at supervisory / managerial / professional level are also eligible.
  • In Executive MBA three years experience supervisory / managerial / professional level is must
  • All the documents must be duly attested by the Gazetted Officer / Notary.
  • Enclose four passport size photo graphs with the application from.
  • Fill up the ID card with the application form.

 

 

Q. I am already IT / Management/ Traditional Program Student. How can I re-registe myself for the next semester/Year?

Ans. You can re-register yourself by submitting the re-registration form. The form can be downloaded from PAN India Education's website (www.panindiaeducation.com). The form needs to be submitted at the designated Study Center where you will take your theory and practical counseling sessions.

 

 

Q. What is the last date for re-registration?

Ans. The last dates for the Re-registration will be declared shortly. Please see latest news of www.panindiaeducation.com.

 

 

Q. I am already IT / Management/ Traditional Program Student. I want to take transfer to other Study Centre. What is the procedure?

Ans. The candidate must submit the re-registration form at the new Study Centre where he / she want to take transfer at the time of re-registration for next semester. Kindly enclose an application written in the name of Director, IT Department, KSOU, Manasagangotri, Mysore along with the application. Kindly forward the copy of the application to Director, PAN India Education, AH 211, SECTOR 2, NEAR TANK NO.7, SALT LAKE, KOLKATA - 700091, west Bengal also.

 

 

Q. From where can I collect the Assignments for the Semester/Year?

Ans. The assignment needs to be downloaded from the PAN India Education's website.

 

 

Q. Who shall inform me about all the latest details / dates for various semester activities such as date for submission of assignments, internal / external examinations etc?

 

Ans. All the latest details, dates and procedures can be checked from PAN India Education's website (www.panindiaeducation.com).

 

 

Q. Examination / Evaluation

Ans.

  • General Instructions for Examination / Evaluation related issues
  • All requests may be submitted in prescribed application form. Students can obtain the application from the Registrar (Evaluation),
  • KSOU or from the nearest Study Centre or PAN India Education's website www.panindiaeducation.com under download section. The student should submit the fees through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore.

Q. What is the procedure to change the Examination Centre?

Ans. The student needs to write an application in the name of Registrar (Evaluation) and enclose a demand draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore. The application must have the reason for the change of examination centre. The application must contain the enrollment number, name, program, semester, study centre code and other details.

The examination centre can be changed only one month prior to start of the examination. No request for change of examination centre shall be entertained at later stage.

 

 

Q. How to get the Degree/Diploma Certificate?

Ans. Enclose copies of all the marks cards of the qualifying examination passed. Affix One Photograph on the application and attach the another photograph in a cover / envelope.


Fee for issue of a Degree Certificate:


i) In person in the same year : Rs. 600-00
(Masters Degree / Medal / Prize Winners)
ii) In absentia: Rs. 750-00 (All Other Candidates)
iii) Search Fees per year of delay: Rs. 50-00
Note: The Application form for the Degree Certificate will be sent only after the Convocation notification is issued by the Registrar, KSOU, Mysore. The convocation form can be downloaded from download section of PAN India Education's website.
Diploma Students can obtain the certificates after the successful completion of the Examination.
Fee for issue of a Diploma Certificate is Rs.450/-. Search Charge of Rs.50/- is to be paid for the delay of each year.
The student needs to submit the fees through a demand draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore.
