  • Supervising the Accounts Manager. Expenditure Planning and controlling travel expenses & creating proper travel norms.

    5. OMR payments
    6. Payments of books
    7. Maintain requirement of books of LC-s which will come on routine basis and keep close interaction with the directors
    8.other coordination work as given from time to time and daily routine work. Coordination with new LC-s for pending documentation. Maintaining leave and other application files. Update all university information’s on time to all LC-s. Coordinating with Director Operations & Accounts Manager.
  • Assist all departments for coordination of DMC/DEGREE/ADMIT/BOOKS and other pending cases.
  • Records of new additional courses applied by LC-s. Participation in fairs.
  • Maintaining files of marketing LETTERS/LOI/APPROVAL LETTERS.
  • Help in examination process.
